If you have paid with a credit-/debit card, and are being billed by SMI-help.com, you will cancel through Netbilling. You should be able to look up and cancel your subscription by entering your email and 2 of 3 other fields, including username, password or card number.

If you have paid with a credit-/debit card, and are being billed by SMI-help.com, an alternative is that you may also need to cancel through Rocketgate. To do so, please open a ticket here.
If you have paid with a credit-/debit card, and are being billed by Epoch*StripeMed, you will cancel through Epoch. You should be able to look up and cancel your subscription by entering 2 of 4 fields: email, username, card number or member ID.
If you have paid through PayPal you should click on the Epoch/PayPal button and cancel through them.
You can also visit the billing provider's website and enter the appropriate information needed to edit/cancel your account.
For all accounts:
Once you have located your subscription(s) click on the one you want to cancel. You will see a success message and you will receive an email confirmation.
If you do not see a success message, and/or do not receive the cancel confirmation you may not have completed the cancellation, please check to make sure.

It is possible that if you joined before 10/2024 and you have paid with a credit-/debit card, you may have been billed by Grooby/SMY-Web. You should be able to look up and cancel your subscription by entering your username and your email address at the billers below.
Unless you know you paid through one of the alternate billers below you should first click the SMI-Help / Rocketgate button and enter your website username and your email address.
