Chargeback Policy

Please note that we do not take chargebacks lightly.  We are a small company and we do not provide free sample memberships.  A change of mind on your side does not constitute the issuance of a free membership on our end.  Our tours are very indicative of what is to be found in the members' areas.


It is illegal for you to make purchases and then claim them to be fraudulent.  This is in your cardholder agreement.

 

It is also your responsibility to keep your card secure, which means household members should not be using your card without your permission.  It is your responsibility to hold them accountable.  A spouse or partnership disagreement about how household monies should be spent is also not our responsibility.

 

Please note that chargebacks are pursued aggressively through 3rd party services and will result in a number of actions.  1) Your data will be placed in a blacklist database.  These databases are used throughout the industry and the end result is that you will not be able to join ours or other sites in the future.

2) You will be contacted in a number of ways, a number of times to allow you to correct the situation.  Ultimately, if actions are not taken to remedy the situation on your end in a timely manner, our final action is to send a reimbursement letter, including fees incurred by chargeback and 3rd party services to your address on file.
