1. Overview
(a) The Website may include an optional feature called “Yanks Chat or YanksGirlfriends” which enables you to interact (via text and audio) with AI representations of performers (“Yanks Girlfriends”).
(b) By using Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends, you acknowledge that you are interacting with an AI simulation trained on the likeness, personality, or style of a performer, and not with the performer in person.
(c) Your use of Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends remains subject to all other terms of this agreement, including the rules in User Conduct (Section 6) and the disclaimers, limitations on liability, and dispute resolution processes contained elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entertainment Purposes Only.
(a) Any responses, statements, or information provided by Yanks Girlfriends are for entertainment purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the views, opinions, or actions of any real person or performer.
(b) Yanks Girlfriends’ responses do not constitute or substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. You should not rely on any information obtained through Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends for these purposes.
3. Potential Inaccuracies.
(a) Although the AI is designed to produce realistic interactions, its responses may be factually inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
(b) You agree that the Company is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or completeness of any response generated by Yanks Girlfriends.
4. Content and Conduct.
(a) Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends may contain explicit or adult-oriented material. By engaging with Yanks Girlfriends, you acknowledge and agree that such material is suitable only for adults who meet the age requirements specified in Eligibility Requirements (Section 2).
(b) While using Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends, you must continue to follow all rules under User Conduct (Section 6). Any prohibited conduct (e.g., harassment, hate speech, solicitation of minors, or illegal activity) may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as other remedies the Company deems appropriate.
5. Privacy and Data Use.
(a) Anonymized versions of your Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends sessions may be collected and used to improve the AI models, technology, and services.
(b) The Company does not guarantee confidentiality of your Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends interactions; however, any data handling will conform to the Chat Privacy Policy.
(c) By using Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends, you consent to this collection and usage of anonymized data.
6. No Warranties; No Liability.
(a) The Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends feature is provided on an “as is,” “with all faults,” and “as available” basis and is subject to all disclaimers and limitations of liability in Disclaimers (Section 14), Limit on Liability (Section 15), and Exclusion of Damages (Section 16).
(b) The Company makes no warranty that Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends will be error-free or that it will meet your expectations or needs. If you are dissatisfied with Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends, your sole remedy is to stop using it.
7. Optional Feature.
(a) Use of Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends and interaction with Yanks Girlfriends is entirely optional for Website members.
(b) If you choose not to engage with Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends, your access to other content or features on the Website will not be affected.
8. Modification or Termination.
(a) The Company may modify or discontinue Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends (or any part of it) at any time without notice or liability.
(b) If the Company suspects misuse of Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends or breach of this agreement, it may terminate or suspend your access to Yanks Chat/YanksGirlfriends as stated in Termination (Section 10.2).
